Oslo was my first time at a Bob W, and I loved it! Great location and terrific customer service. I was a little worried that they didn't have a front desk; they communicated everything via a link and WhatsApp, which was wonderful. I have never had this level of thoughtful and helpful service. And I'm already looking to stay with them again!

Brilliant all round. We visited in February. Great & easy to find location in the centre of Oslo, a short walk to the central station. There is no reception at Bob so access, check in and everything in-between is done through a private link you receive after booking. It's easy enough to navigate once you've got the hang of it. Access to a luggage room throughout the first and last day of our stay was ideal, allowing us to safely store our bags before checking in and after checking out without an extra fee. There's nothing worse than having to carry luggage around with you on the first day after an early flight. Bob is quick to respond to enquiries and keeps in touch to make sure everything is ok, we contacted via WhatsApp. The room itself is a good size, warm in the winter with everything you need including a hairdryer, fridge, kettle, coffee, iron & ironing board, fan and a decent shower. There are a few freebies too which makes the stay feel more like an AirB&B. Having breakfast included via two nearby cafes gave us 150NOK per person which comfortably covered a pastry and hot drink, we paid any excess for extra treats. Would definitely recommend to save money during the stay. Spor av Nord makes a great hot chocolate. Would highly recommend staying with Bob and will look out for other locations in the future.

The bathroom sliding door took a bit of getting used to and didn't lock, possibly from being installed the wrong way round. Wasn't an issue. Construction work across the road when we visited wasn't a great view but again, not an issue and to be expected in a city.

Bob W is unlike any place I have stayed in before! It's super sustainable, team are responsive on WhatApp so fast, loving the technology with keyless entry and paying attention to the planet. It is located walking distance to everything Oslo has to offer. LOVED the extra personalised touch of the polaroid camera and the canvas bag to avoid bringing home excess plastic! Cannot wait to spread the joy of Bob W to everyone I know.

We enjoyed our stay. It's well located and there are many restaurant, shopping options. The check in and check out worked great. They put value in oko and it's what made it even more great! Great concept!

Great for one more time. Great location near the central train station for airport and train to bergen and mydral. Room little small but super clean and comfy. Coffee and tea supply to make. U open central door and door room with your smartphone.be sure to have data. Extra thanks to the beautiful blond lady.she helped me with my 15 minutes earlier check in.!!

The welcome package in the room was exceptional. French press, ground coffee and tee were unexpected. The room was clean and comfy. The staff were available to reach via WhatsApp all the time. There is a luggage room available from the day of the check in 5 AM to checkout day 11 PM.

Small sized room, no early check-in was possible without paying even if the room is ready (there is no unpaid early check-in option on the personal web page used for opening the doors, I did not try contacting anybody). No eye to eye contact with any staff. No lockers in the luggage room.

Unbelievably good price for the location. Very central and close to public transportation. Small but comfy room. Clean. The bed was very comfortable.I liked the concept of the hotel. Great place to stay in Oslo.

The bed was too close to the french door. There wasn΄t enough room to pass to the other side of bed.

The two-tiered room was a great size - especially for two people. Nice little extra touches: a camera for leaving photos, free items in the minibar, stickers, and a shopping bag. All electronic door access for both the hotel and the room. Overall the building seemed new and well-maintained. The responsiveness of the staff either by WhatsApp or email was very good. Great restaurants nearby. Very nice to have a room to store luggage and also to do laundry.

Our room did not have a "ridiculously clean" sticker when we arrived; even though all other rooms did. The entrance area/foyer is a little bit tight due to the building structure. The front door pneumatic/hydraulic mechanism was broken when we arrived - and for at least one day - and so anyone could have walked in. Fortunately this was fixed quickly. Additional instructions around the hotel would be helpful for less savvy guests: One guest thought that "close the front door behind you" meant to literally lock the door from the inside so we had like 8 people stranded outside the hotel until someone exited (that person also couldn't initially open the door). A second example was related to the clothes dryer. The lint collectors need to be cleaned by the persons doing laundry and the cleaning staff. Additionally, a genius decided to put detergent into the dryer condensation collector. Photos/written instructions for people how to use the washing machine and clothers dryer would be great.

There are so many great things about this place, I could spend hours talking about it. The location is perfect, it is within walking distance of all the great attractions Oslo has to offer. The room was very clean. I absolutely loved the environmentally friendly approach and how Bob and his team care about the planet. Leaving Fuji Instax with a full roll of film was a super nice touch.

I can't say I actively disliked this, in fact, I found it rather cool, but there is no physical keys to enter the room. You are given a link to the guest website, where you have an 'open my room' button. It is very modern and I loved that I don't have to keep track of the keys, it is enough to have a phone with you. This, however, may bring following challenges: a) if the phone's battery dies, there seem to be no obvious way to enter the room. You have to ask for help, and there is no reception desk in the building (or I haven't found one) b) I am a person that would always forget the phone in the room when leaving. And when I would come back to get it – I won't be able to enter the room. I need the phone to open the door :) Again, I can't say I disliked it. I wish there were more places like this. I just think that some plan B would be nice. Like maybe a digital key which you can add to Apple Wallet and use both iphone and apple watch to open the room

First, I would like to Thank you for making my first Visit to Oslo unforgettable. This Hotel deserves 5 starts rating for everything. The experience was new and unique to me since everything is managed by the team remotely and I believe this will lead to a new era of hotel experience which is unique and good. The staff who were contacting me through emails and WhatsApp were so helpful and I had all information regarding check in, room lock ..etc. in advance. The location of the hotel is excellent, very central, and close to everything you need and walking distance from everything. The hotel is brand new, and I liked the modern decorations. The room was more than I expected, in the photos it looked smaller, but it was much larger and enough for one person. The room was well decorated and equipped with everything you need. The welcoming message made me feel so emotional and I liked “the wall of souvenirs”, the bed was so comfortable, and I was sleeping like babies. The bathroom is modern and clean. The hotel was so quite all the time. The internet connection was excellent. I liked the idea that instead of having open buffet for breakfast they gave me voucher to use in 2 bakeries and this is brilliant idea for many reasons, first they limit the food waste second, they gave you options to choose whatever you want and honestly the bakeries that they had the deal with are so good and with 150 NOK you can get nice breakfast. Really the whole experience was great and looking forward for staying in other BOB W hotels all over the world.

When you speak about BOB W, this option should be removed. Because Everything is perfect.
